Having trouble accessing your Site Management App account? Here are some quick steps to help you resolve common login issues:
Incorrect Email or Password
Double-check your email spelling.
Use the Forgot Password link to reset if needed.
Password Reset Not Working
Ensure you're clicking the most recent reset email link.
If the link expired (after 3 days), request a new one via the login page.
Account Not Activated
If you're a new user and haven’t activated your account:
Look for an activation email from Dryad.
Follow the link to set your password and log in.
If you didn’t receive the activation email, contact your organization's Admin or Dryad Support.
⚠️ Note: The activation link also expires after 3 days. If it expires and you haven't logged in yet, you won’t be able to access the system until you request a new activation link.
Stuck on Login Loop or Error
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox etc.).
Make sure your browser is up to date.
