If you log into the Silvanet Deployment App but can’t see your site or devices, don’t worry, this is usually caused by a few common setup issues. This article will help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Common Reasons & Fixes
1. You Don’t Have Access to the Site
Cause: Your admin user account has not assigned you access to the specific site.
Fix: Contact your organization’s Silvanet administrator and ask them to grant you access to the correct site in the Silvanet Cloud.
3. The Site Hasn’t Been Created Yet
Cause: The Silvanet site was not yet created in the Silvanet Cloud.
Fix: Ask your site administrator to create the site in the Site Management app before attempting deployment. Once created, it will appear automatically in the app.
4. Device Planning Is Incomplete
Cause: Gateways or Sensors haven’t been sync with the Deployment app yet.
Fix: Confirm that the deployment plan has been created in the Site Management app and has been locked as the active deployment in order to be visible to the Deployment app.

5. Network or Sync Issues
Cause: The app cannot communicate with the Silvanet Cloud due to poor internet connectivity or temporary sync errors.

Check your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
Refresh the app by pulling down on the screen.
If the problem persists, log out and back in.
