You can verify whether a message has been sent from Dryad to your third-party platform using the Dryad Site Management App.
To check:
- Open the Dryad Site Management App.
- In the side menu, select API Integration.
- Choose the API integration you are testing.
- From the top menu, select Logs.
- Review the list of all messages sent by the Dryad API, including timestamps and message details.
If You Don’t See the Message in Your Third-Party Tool
If the message appears in the Dryad logs but not in your third-party platform, it’s likely that the API integration is not configured correctly.
