How to Confirm All Devices Are Online After Deployment

After installing your Silvanet devices, it’s important to ensure each one is connected and communicating properly with the Silvanet Cloud. Here’s how to verify all devices are online.

Steps:

 1. Log into the Site Management App

• Open the Dryad Site Management app in your browser.

• Select the site where you just completed deployment.

2. Open the Device List

• Navigate to the Devices tab.

• You will see a full list of Border Gateways, Mesh Gateways, and Wildfire Sensors.

3. Check Device Status Indicators

• Look for status icons or color codes (Green = Online, Grey = Offline).

4. Investigate Offline Devices

If a device appears offline:

• Check for physical obstructions or poor positioning.

• Confirm the device has sufficient battery charge.

• Perform a connectivity test using the Deployment App.
