How do I remove devices from my site?

To remove deployed devices from your site, follow these steps using the Silvanet Deployment App.

Remove Devices Using the Deployment App

To remove a deployed device, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Silvanet Deployment App.
2. Sign in and select the appropriate Site.
3. In the Device List, locate the device you would like to remove.
4. Tap the device to open its details.
5. Click the Unlink button at the bottom
6. Confirm unlink when prompted.

Only devices that have been deployed can be removed via the Deployment App. 

Reassigning Devices

If you plan to reuse a device in a different Site:

• First remove it from the current Site (as outlined above).

• Devices removed from a site can be reassigned later or moved to another site.
