How do I log in to the Deployment App?

To begin using the Silvanet Deployment App for deploying Silvanet devices, you’ll need to log in using your assigned credentials. Here’s how to get started:

Prerequisites

Before logging in, make sure you have:

• A valid Dryad user account (email and password).

• Access to at least one Site within your Organization.

• The latest version of the Silvanet Deployment App installed on your mobile device.

  • Download on Android (Google Play Store)

  • Download on iOS (Apple App Store)

Steps to Log In

1. Open the Silvanet Deployment App on your smartphone or tablet.

2. On the login screen, enter your email address and password.

3. Tap “Sign In.”

4. If it’s your first time logging in, you may be prompted to accept permissions for:

   • Location access

   • Bluetooth and/or NFC

   • Cellular data

What Happens After Login?

Once logged in:

• You’ll land on the Site Selection screen, where you can choose from a list of Sites assigned to your user profile.

• From here, you can access the Device List, begin deployments, and filter or manage your sensors and gateways.

Trouble Logging In?

If you encounter issues:

• Check your credentials for typos.

• Ensure you’re connected to the internet.

• Try restarting the app or reinstalling the latest version.
