Silvanet automatically generates real time fire alerts within the Site Management App's Alert Center. By enabling alert notifications, users can also receive these alerts via email and SMS. When logging in to the Site Management App, fire alerts are visible to every user in the organization within the Alert Center. These alerts are always active and cannot be disabled.
For more details on how alerts are displayed and managed, see How does the Alert Center work.
