Silvanet automatically notifies Admin users when one or more devices in their sites become inactive. These alerts help ensure connectivity issues are detected and resolved quickly, keeping your network healthy and responsive.
Inactive Device Alerts are sent in real time via email and SMS (if a phone number is added). Once enabled, Admins will receive both fire alerts and inactive device alerts using their selected notification preferences.
