This article explains how to access and log in to the Dryad Site Management App, including browser recommendations, user roles, and password setup.
Access Requirements
Before logging in, you must be provided with user credentials by a Dryad Admin.
User Roles:
Standard: Limited access for basic monitoring
Admin: Full access to manage users, devices, and configurations
Recommended Browser
While the Site Management App is compatible with all major browsers, Dryad recommends using Google Chrome for the best performance and experience.
Logging into Site Management App
Navigate to Site Management App in your browser.
On the Login page, enter your username and password provided by your Admin.

Select Sign In.
First-Time Login
If this is your first time logging in:
You’ll be prompted to change your password immediately.
You cannot change your username.
To update your password:
Enter a new password in the Update Password form.
Select Submit.
You’ll then be directed to the Dashboard Overview.
Logging Out
To log out of the Site Management App:
Click the User Profile icon (bottom left corner).
Select Logout from the dropdown menu.
If you experience login issues or did not receive credentials, please contact your Admin or submit a support ticket.
