If you no longer need a site in your organization, you can safely delete it from the Site Management app.
⚠️ Important: Only users with Admin permissions can delete a site. Once deleted, all site data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before You Begin
Before deleting a site, make sure:

No devices are linked to the site.
If there are devices deployed at the site, you must unlink them first using the Deployment app.

The site does not have an active deployment.
If the site has a deployment in Set to Deploy status, you must cancel the deployment before you can delete the site.
How to Cancel an Active Deployment
Open the Planning Overview.

Either:
Select the plan that shows a Set to Deploy status, or
Click View Deployments in the top-right corner.
In the Planned Deployment section, locate the deployment with the Set to Deploy status.
Click on the deployment.
Select Cancel Deployment.
Steps to Delete a Site
Log in to the Site Management app.
From the site list, open the site you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Site Settings.
Scroll to the bottom-left corner of the Site Settings page.
Click Delete Site.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Notes
Deleting a site will remove all associated data, planning data, and alerts
Deleting a site will remove access to all the users from your organization as well as the child organizations.
