The Temperature and Humidity Layers in the Dryad Site Management App allows you to visualize real-time environmental conditions directly on the map.
This layer displays live temperature and relative humidity readings from your deployed sensors, helping you better understand site conditions at a glance.
Where to Find It
The Temperature and Humidity layer is located in the Site Management, within the Dryad Site Management App.
Simply enable the layers to begin viewing environmental data across your site.
What It Displays
When enabled, the layers shows:
Humidity (%)
Temperature
Displayed in °C (Celsius) or
°F (Fahrenheit) depending on your account settings
The displayed unit automatically follows your selected system preferences.
Zoom Behavior
The layer adapts dynamically based on your zoom level:
When viewing the site from a broader perspective sensor readings are grouped into clusters.
As you zoom into the map clusters expand into individual sensor readings.
How It Helps
The Temperature and Humidity Layer enables you to:
Monitor real-time environmental conditions across your site
Identify localized dry or hot areas
Compare microclimate variations within large deployments
It is especially useful for understanding environmental trends that influence wildfire risk and overall site conditions.
Important Notes
Values reflect the latest available sensor readings.
Displayed units (°C or °F) follow your account settings.
For deeper analysis, you can open an individual sensor to view detailed historical graphs.
