You can save your site plan either directly to the Silvanet Cloud or locally as a Plan (.dryad) file. This allows you to safely store your progress and continue planning at any time.
Cloud Saving
Saving your plan to the Silvanet Cloud is the recommended method. It ensures your plan is always accessible when you open the Planning Tool, visible to other site users, and easy to version, update, and iterate as your design evolves.
To save your site plan draft, click the Save Plan on the top-right corner.
Also you save your site plan draft:
Open the ⋮ (three-dot) menu in the top-left corner of the Planning Overview.
Select Save to update the current draft, or Save As to create a new version of your plan.
When using Save As, you can update the title of your site plan before saving.
Plan (.dryad) file saving
Local saving is also supported and can be useful when sharing plans with users who do not have access to the same Silvanet sites.
To save your site plan locally:
Open the ⋮ (three-dot) menu in the top-left corner of the Planning Overview.
Select Export As > Plan (.dryad).
Your plan file will be downloaded automatically to your device.
