Yes. The Generation 4 Pro Sensor Mode can be changed after installation using the Silvanet Deployment App. Follow the steps below to update the sensor mode.
- Open the Silvanet Deployment App and select your site from the site list.
- Locate the sensor you want to update using either the Device List or the Site Map.
- Navigate to the installed sensor using the Site Map.
Once you have reached the sensor, tap Show Device Details to open the Device Details screen.
Under General Settings, locate the Sensor Mode field.
- Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to Sensor Mode.
Choose the required sensor mode from the list of available options, then select Update Device.
You will be prompted to scan the sensor to confirm the change.
- Hold your mobile device against the sensor and use NFC to apply the updated sensor mode.
Once the NFC update has completed successfully, the app will display the message "Changes Saved."
Return to the Device Details screen to verify that the new sensor mode is displayed in the Sensor Mode field.
Note: Changing the sensor mode updates the configuration of the installed device. Ensure you are physically at the sensor when performing this procedure, as scanning the sensor is required to complete the change.
